The lower the probability of getting the hand, the higher the rank and the stronger the hand, the better chance you have at winning the pot.
A, K, Q, J, 10, all the same suit.
Five cards in a sequence, all in the same suit.
All four cards of the same rank.
Three of a kind with a pair.
Any five cards of the same suit, but not in a sequence.
Five cards in a sequence, but not of the same suit.
Three cards of the same rank.
Two different pairs.
Two cards of the same rank.
When you haven’t made any of the hands above, the highest card plays.
In the example below, the jack plays as the highest card.
